This is the group of BLPs across all Tracks that begin the program with you

A Track is the functional area within Synchrony where you will complete your assignment

TRACK TEAM

The Track Team consists of functional leaders who keep you connected within your functional area – helping to define your assignment, learning opportunities, and networking

You’ll hear us refer to our locations as Hubs (i.e. Our headquarters is our Stamford, CT Hub). A Hub is either a city with a physical Synchrony office, or a region/locality where we have a large group of Synchrony employees in the area

Your Assignment Leader, or AL, is your manager – as a BLP or BLP Intern, your AL will guide and coach you through the day-to-day of your rotation or summer assignment
