The Finance team steers the strategic ship at Synchrony. We analyze the current state of the market and guide the key decisions that move our business forward.

This comprehensive program consists of on-the-job experience gained through multiple rotations that provide an opportunity to work in real-life, real-time business environments. The program provides successful graduates with the strong foundation of skills and experiences they need to grow their careers and position themselves for future leadership roles in Finance.

In the BLP Finance track you’ll meet leaders and experience functions across the business through:


Supporting new customer deals
Regulatory finance, funding and liquidity
Reporting, analysis, strategy
presentations on cost, productivity, growth, investments
long-range forecasts, quarterly earnings, financial modeling
Leadership training
finance curriculum culminating in a presentation to senior leadership

Basic qualifications/requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math or Economics

Excellent academic record – Minimum overall GPA 3.0 or higher
