The BLP delivered above and beyond my expectations.
I joined Operations because I wanted to gain a true understanding of the customer experience. Operations also extends to our customer service technologies, as well as sourcing/supplier management—interesting aspects of business that I wanted to learn about.
Synchrony’s BLP Operations track delivered above and beyond my expectations. I’ve been able to build incredibly broad business acumen in a fun environment with amazing people. I do meaningful work and I see room for me to grow and move up at Synchrony.
