BLP STORIES

Even back in college I had a passion for operations concepts, and in the Operations track in the BLP I knew I would get critical operations experience. Also, a rotational program was very appealing to me—I could try out different skills and focus areas (people, process and project management). That’s just what I’ve gotten, and now I also have a Six Sigma green belt!

My team immediately gave me many different responsibilities. I was impressed with how much trust the team had in me and how they brought the amazing culture to life every day. It was incredible to see how much I learned from my first couple of weeks  through my last rotation. Reflecting, I’ve grown in ways I never imagined and I’m not done yet. I’ve completed the program and so excited for what’s to come in my new role as AVP,  Strategy & Transformation Associate Project Manager.
